Currently Hiring:
Community Manager and Assistant Manager - previous experience in student/residential property management and budgeting background preferred. Collections/bookkeeping skills strongly required for assistant manager candidates.
Leasing Manager - previous experience with new construction lease up, strong history of Leasing/Sales Management with the ability to direct and motivate a sales team, strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi or Onesite (based on business need) preferred
Leasing Professional / Community Assistant- must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
