US Xpress is proud to announce a higher, flat-rate pay structure for solo OTR truck drivers. We have eliminated our sliding pay scale and increased our pay rate by an average of 13%. And, if you choose to stay out more than 30 days, you'll receive an additional .03 per mile BONUS. So, experienced OTR truck drivers will earn one of the highest pay rates--up to .46 per mile, depending on where you live. And, Recent Graduates/Students will earn a higher PAY rate, plus receive 4 raises in the first year and annual raises. US Xpress Delivers for our Drivers - More Money, More Miles, More Everything.
