Our direct client has a temporary need (5-6 months) for contract .NET Developer in Stillwater, OK.
A qualified .NET Developer that will be assigned responsibilities involving participating in design specification reviews, developing new applications based on VB .NET and C# .NET and MSSQL Server technologies to replace old and outdated applications on the agencies old mainframe system.
This statement of work is for a .NET Developer that designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components. Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to
Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript/AJAX, C#, and Telerik RadControls.
Create and deliver data-driven reports
Design, code and test software applications
Analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and Identifying areas for modification and improvement
Assist in creating or create technical specifications and test plans
Create new and extend existing operational documentation
Consult closely with the project manager related to projects and tasks
Knowledge and
Experience:
Minimum 5
years of experience working with the following:
o SOLID Object Oriented Programming design in ASP.NET MVC 4.5
o HTML 5 and CSS 3 based web design (with responsive design)
Entity Framework 5 and above
o AJAX and Telerik RadControls
o SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Server Reporting Services
o TFS and Application Lifecycle Management within an Agile SDLC
o XML-based Web services development
o Experience developing OLAP Cubes (preferably in LogiAnalytics or a similar system).
Preferred:
Ability to be onsite 40 hours per week.
No travel will be paid for on this statement of work (all travel must be included in the all-inclusive hourly rate.)

Planning
o Work with Project Manager to review tasks and breakdown into more detailed tasks to provide estimates.
Execution (will be completed for each set of requirements)
o Review analysis and architecture documentation
o Plan Development Cycle
o Write Code
o Package Code
o Unit Test
o Deploy Application
o Develop Operational/Product Documentation
